Purpose

The purpose of this blog is for me to keep a log of activities, assignments, lessons, ideas, and reflections leading up to and including my first year as a teacher. The year will be a whirlwind and in keeping this blog, I am hoping to keep track of things that worked well and things that didn't, but for those that didn't, to reflect on why and to improve the ideas for future years. I have heard that you learn a lot in your first year, so this blog will be a place where I can consolidate all of that learning and come back to it later, hopefully with some wisdom and definitely with some hindsight.
